FSI e  Refill Modules

Overview:  FSI is pleased to announce that the FSI - E Refill Module is available for implementation in all of the FSI Linux or Unix Enterprise based pharmacies.

The FSI - E Refill Module allows for the patient to request either over the phone using the integrated voice response system, or over the internet without the assistance of pharmacy personnel.  As a part of the E-Refill Internet Module, FSI will host a site for your pharmacy.  An example of the site may be viewed at www.rxrefill4u.com/sample.  Use script number 4 with the phone number of 7567715.

This service is real-time (meaning the the refill request is displayed on the pharmacy's computer main menu as soon as the refill request is recorded).  The simplicity and turn around time of each refill will make your pharmacy more productive overall, since no pharmacy labor is needed to activate the refill request.

Features:       

	Simplicity: The e-refill module from FSI whether it be the telephone IVR or the Internet Refill System (or both, yes they work together), allows your patients to use the technology of their choice to request refills.  Customers can enter their requests either by: (1) phoning the pharmacy and talking to pharmacy personnel. (2) Using the telephone IVR system (3) Using any PC based Internet connection
	Secure: Either refill system is secure; valid prescription numbers, telephone numbers and/or self assigned personal identification number (PIN) are required to access the prescription information.
	Firewall Protection: Each installation across the Internet is protected by firewall routers designed to prevent unauthorized entry.
	Anytime Refills: Patients can enter their refill requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Each Internet refill request is complete as to pickup time, scheduled delivery (if available) or mail service.

	Patient / Drug Monographs: With the Internet refills module patients can request drug monographs to be displayed and printed from their own computer with data coming from the database in your pharmacy for prescriptions that have been dispensed by your pharmacy.
